I was pretty disappointed in my interaction, service, and experience as a whole with this company. When I initially scheduled, it was because the reviews here on Google seemed to be outstanding. Perhaps they are not all legitimate? or all there.. When I called to schedule and find out more information on pricing for a move out clean, the owner seemed very friendly stating that they deal with move out, cleans all the time as they have dealt with PCS for the military often. Bella, Tim and Alexia cleaned my house today and did a fantastic job! I came home to a sparkling clean house. Once Upon a Clean goes the extra mile in their cleaning service. Scheduling is flexible and the staff is super friendly! Highly recommend for their home keeping services!
