We had Once Upon a Clean come do a clean of our house before we left on a trip in June. This was our first time doing a professional clean, and we were very impressed. The cleaners were timely and attentive, and helped to take the stress off of doing a pre-trip clean! We will definitely consider Once Upon a Clean for a future cleaning service!

Honestly the price was great and the only reason I don’t keep them at the moment are due to personal business I have to handle. Overall the cleaners are great for standard regular cleanings so long as you 1) have a structured list of what you expect 2) communicate, and 3) prep for the cleaners (they’re not going to scrub an area if you dont communicate or if they cannot access it.) so long as the three items are checked off you’ll have a fantastic experience for a great price.

From booking the appt and communicating with customer service to the amazing cleaning team, we had an outstanding experience with this company! They were very kind, efficient, and worked hard to get our rental home like-new again. We were so impressed and will absolutely book them again. Highly recommend. Thank you!
