Been to this location 3 times now to drop off clothes first time turned away in kind of an aggressive manner , second time was afternoon as i work very early in the morning turned away this past time I called ahead they said they would leave a note to not turn me away. So I took the day out of work to make the advertised times in which they buy and walked in was told they couldn't take them they had too many although it was in their time frame they still said no thats 3 times up there over an hour of drive time each time and... read more

I drove over a hour to sell and they was not accepting any donations for the rest of the day. To be told that they have 20 other donations to sort through there nothing they can do for me. Basically saying my time didn’t matter. They need better system so when people who live far are not driving for no reason and waste their time.
