Have loved shopping there for awhile. Sold items today and pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Dropped off items and got a callback in 15 minutes that my cash offer was ready.
I love this place! I’m either buying gently used clothing for my littles or bringing gently used clothing in for cash, and I’ve never had a bad experience! Super friendly staff and such a nice store to have up here! 💗
I love this store!! I am a frequent shopper and am always pleased with the deals and quality items I get. But today I decided to try out selling some of my own items and I will DEFINITELY be coming back as a seller too!! The staff is always so nice and professional. I cannot say enough nice things about OUAC Duluth! If you haven’t checked it out - you need to! ❤️❤️
I usually never take the time to write online reviews, however I definitely need to for this store. There are many positives and I’m so impressed! The owner is usually present, very friendly and engaged with customers and staff. Most importantly the staff are extremely friendly & helpful and seem to really enjoy their job. I’ve been to many consignment shops and this one by far is the cleanest with the best selection!

I love buying and selling here however, I am extremely frustrated that they will take part of outfits.. I specifically fold them together & then I get half the outfit back. This has happened multiple times and it’s so disappointing.. I love to pass down to others what I don’t sell and it makes it difficult with a bunch of half outfits.
They have 15% vet/military discount Year round. Their sales are great, and kids (age appropriate) can look over toys while parent shop. Like their page and sign up yo recieve texts of sales and gey points for future savings by bringing in clothes and buying. We were in for one sale and my kids barely looked, I went back a few days later and got some great stuff and they loved it.
