RecommendedI love this store. I will say most of the time the staff is nice. I just left and I will say the crew there today is horrible. All of them need Customer Service training. Simple hello or thank you could go a long way. I brought my friend who has a baby and has never been here before and because of the staff she will not be coming back.
$5 for 6 items, including a brand new, never worn Buccaneers jersey. No explanation, and when I was checked out, instead of offering to let me keep the remaining $2.50 as store credit for the future, she automatically gave me cash. I could have gotten more by having a yard sale or selling online. I used to love this location.
I went there today for the first time to sell and buy items. the staff is super friendly. everything is priced fairly and they have a nice selection with a very well kept store. thank you for making my first experience there great. I will keep coming in.
Great place to shop for kids, not only is the staff extremely helpful and friendly but they also price items fairly and have clearance items often. Well worth the drive from Tampa.
Wow this is the best consignment shop around. I live in Tampa and travel to Clearwater to shop there! They always have great prices and adorable clothing/shoes and awesome toys. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I ordered the $50 essentials box and received it the next day. I got such amazing items! I also visited this week when they reopened and was able to book a time when it was just me my daughter and the employees in the store. Such an amazing thing they offer during this pandemic! Thank you so much :)
During this pandemic once upon a child has really been a godsend with their Essentials boxes. I have ordered a $50 and a $30 dollar box from them. They sent the cutest clothes and don’t want to return anything. It was Jocelyn’s first birthday and I ask them to put in a cute party dress and they called me to see what exactly what I was looking for. They took such care in every piece they picked.
