I've taken brand new items to sell and they've rejected them saying they were worn (tag was off but still had original fold marks). I've taken back broken toys and watched them put them back on the shelf while I was there. I've purchased 6 things that the tag said was 12 months and it was 18 months but I didn't discover until I took it home and washed it. I still shop there but only if I double check everything so it's not an in and out store for me which is disappointing.
I love this location! Lots of stuff for a variety of ages!
