I live closer to the Anoka Once Upon a Child store verses the Maple Grove store. But I prefer the store in MG, because of the friendly staff, the organized store, etc. However, everytime I go to the Anoka store, their items that they are selling are everywhere. There is barely enough room to push the cart through. They have the children's clothes also in the middle of each aisle, and hard to maneuver around. Nicely organized. Easy to try on clothes or shoes if necessary.
Rude. Get there right before 7pm to sell items with my tired toddler and needing sell stuff and they won't even attempt to help me. Just say that they stop buying an hour before close.
I love shopping there but the people who work there always seem either crabby or annoyed.

This past Saturday i went shopping for my new grand baby. It has been years since i have used baby equipment and i felt lost. However the employees were so extremely helpful. The shorter haired lady had such a welcoming positive attitude that i didn't feel stupid for asking questions. The service was wonderful and i will definitely come back in the future.
