HORRIBLE customer service! Can not believe how rude the staff is. I will never go back here. Plus the place is a disaster. You can hardly walk through the store!
Overcrowded with stuff, can't see anything, staff is unhelpful and seem only concerned within their own conversations. Go to the Maple Grove store instead.
I always find nice, gently used clothing for my 2 kids, which is a blessing, but I have yet to have them take anything I bring in to consign. I even brought in 2 pairs of shoes I had JUST gotten my son there 2 weeks prior (growth spurts are great) that he maybe wore twice each. The employee told me I must be mistaken because they hadn't taken one of the particular styles in "forever". My apologies for your experience. We will definitely take your suggestion and look into a "natural" room deodorizer. We would never intend to embarrass anyone, but we do get comments from other customers when the smell of a messy diaper affects their shopping experience. We are happy to supply a free diaper and wipes to any customer. Thank you for your input and again, please accept my apology.
