Terrible experience. The items they sell are way over priced especially for the quality. I took a walker there a few days ago and they gave me 8$ for it. I was so upset but I just said screw it because I don’t have space to keep it in my apartment. But I’ll never donate to them again. 2 years later 0 improvement my cousin went to donate there tons of items some new with tags dint even break over 20$ in profit back but guess what they would put those same items up on the shelf for wayyyyyy more than what they pay to take them... read more
This girl in front of me sold 2 items and one was a bassinet. They gave her $42. When I sold my basically brand new pak n play they only gave me $15 and saw them selling it for $100. They gave me $8 for a little tikes fridge and $4 for a laundry machine with shelves. I sold the fridge and donated the other one instead. One time I brought a whole bin of toys and they gave me $15 for it. Not the best place to sell toys and clothes, they will lowball you. Definitely one of the best I’ve been to! Always end up finding way too much! Shelves were fully stocked (with really good stuff!) and the prices are very reasonable! Staff is always very friendly and helpful!
I normally really love shopping at once upon a Child, but you can tell this store is incomplete disarray. It is hard to find anything in any correct size because all of the clothes are mixed together like my son wears a size 10, but I would find 2T pants and size 8 pants and it just wasn’t clear What size is belonged wear there were also several toys I wanted to buy, but there were no prices on the toys. I really love this location. I hope they get it together soon!
