Es mejor donar la ropa en otro lado. Aquí solo me engañaron porque me dijeron que estaban muy ocupadas para revisar mi ropa en ese momento. Que la dejara ahí y otro día regresará. Y cuando volví me dijeron que me me dieron $000000 por mi ropa bonita. Se la robaron y luego la venden.
Se quedaron con mi bolsa llena grande con mucha ropa y zapatos en buen estado. Cuando regrese por el dinero otro día, me atendieron muy mal diciendo que en la computadora yo tenía $0 créditos. Mi ropa estaba en buenas condiciones!
Ellos me robaron mi ropa y luego la venden, se las dejé para que la evaluarán y les dije que volvería otro día por el dinero. Luego volví y me dijeron - Tu no tienes ningún crédito por esa ropa no hay nada en la computadora-. They stole my clothes and then sold them; I had left the items with them for appraisal and told them I would come back another day for the money. When I returned, they told me, "You don't have any credit for those clothes—there's nothing in the computer."
They had a great 20 for 10.00 clearance sale and I found lots of brand name items in different sizes for .50. The staff was so very nice and helpful. One person noticed my overflowing basket and asked if she could go unload it for me and bring back the empty basket while I continued shopping.
Once upon is hands down my favorite children’s store! Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They always go above and beyond to help me find what I need and make shopping such a great experience. The store looked absolutely amazing today—everything was organized, clean, and beautifully displayed. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
