This once upon a child is my go to store for everything with my 3 sons! Such an amazing selection for me to choose from and I love the styles they carry! The last few times I was in dawn went above and beyond to help me find Mother's Day outfits for my 3 boys. She was one of the nicest workers I have encountered in the store.
I love this store!! I come in here and always get the most positive and wonderful lady named Dawn. She helped me put outfits together and is very kind!! Will be back soon
As I see people writing reviews complaining I can't help but write my own now they don't take everything u bring in but I ALWAYS walk out with $20 they paid $75 on 12 items before! I'm a single mom of 7 and bring everything and anything in n I guarantee they buy most of it every time unless the are full on certain sizes since they are always buying. I absolutely love this store❤
Within moments of waking in, I was asked if I had ever sold here, bc the container I brought my items in "was not preferred", "that it made it too hard to sort through". Uh, what? My items are meticulously organized by type & size, I'm not walking in with a bag full of trash, isn't this part of the give & take? My wife and son were shopping here a few weeks ago when a large baby bouncer fell off a top shelf and hit my son on the head injuring him severe enough that he was transported via ambulance to Mercy San Juan hospital! Not one employee offered any sort of assistance and went as far as hiding the item that fell on his head requiring the emt's to demand that the item be identified so they could assess the potential damage that the item may have incurred. I absolutely LOVE this store! I have been coming here for a few years now and they always have what I need (even swimsuits in winter!) Every time I go in it's clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Theresa S. is always smiling and gives good suggestions on things. She also talks to her customers and I appreciate that "human touch" especially in this day and age when people don't seem to talk anymore.
