Saw an item posted on the page for sale, post said I could call in and pay for it so I did, saw the charge on my card, went to the store to pick it up and it was gone. item never got marked as sold and they sold it to another person in store. spoke with the owner who was rude and refused to refund my money and told me I could leave her store and I wasn't welcome back. You never purchased boots from our store, as I never posted the boots your talking about. If you can show a proof of purchase we would happily refund your money. You did decide to yell at my staff and customers your racism and ignorance is not welcome in our store. ✌🏻 AGAIN if you have any proof of purchase we would happily return your money.

RecommendedThere the best amazing prices and customer service they have everything you could need all in one place sizes new born all the way up to 16 !!! its your one stop shop and if they don't have it they will help you find it!!! The owner is the sweetest with the biggest heart her and her family do so much for there customers and go way above and beyond for there customers and Community.

This has been my favorite OUAC location for quite a few years now. They have a HUGE selection of clothing, toys, and other baby items. They have such cute clothing! I was so happy to find out that they re-opened and was able to come in today. They even gave me a free body pillow and outfit aside from what I had already bought. Offering mixed clothes bags for purchase is a brilliant idea. My baby sized up during the stay at home order and had no summer clothes! After looking through the bag I can tell that they took the time to put together nice outfits. You aren't just getting a mixed bag of mismatched stuff. I appreciate the time and thought that went into this as well as the consideration for parents!!
This is by far my favorite place to get my kids clothing. It is so clean, the staff are all so friendly, and they have been extremely helpful during this covid shut down. I was even able to get my daughter a bicycle!!!! I am beyond thankful to have this store in our community!!!!
I love this store, and love these bags during this crazy time!! I called yesterday at noon and asked for a $20 bag of boy shorts!!! Within 30 minutes I had my bag with 5 pairs of boy shorts!!! Perfect and convenient and so thankful for you being here for us!!!
I just got a bag for my daughter and I feel the staff went above and beyond to pick out stuff she adores! We love shopping at Once Upon a Child in Citrus Heights and always find amazing deals.
