Love this store! My daughters are 11 and 8. Been shopping here since they were born! Love it! Value for name brands and quality...great!
I have been to many Once Upon Child stores in the state and in Ohio and this is by far the most organized, clean, inexpensive one ever. I go here year round for my toddler son. They have a wonderful selection of clothing for your year round needs. All my son's dress shoes have been purchased from this particular store as well. They are always clean and scuff free. Good selection in a variety of prices--all much cheaper than purchasing new. The clothes are in good condition. I've gotten some great deals. I like to stock up ahead on their 50% off sales for seasons.
I have had great shopping and selling experiences. 9/10 I can go there for something specific and find it or just browse and leave happy. Only thing I wish was different was sometimes with their buys are are a little too picky, people go there knowing it is used stuff if ita an older but nice item, should atill accept!
When we asked our (now) 1st grader where she wants to go "back to school shopping" she always answers, Once Upon a Child. "Mom, they have ALL kinds of clothes in my size, not just a few things in lots of sizes like the mall stores." We always find something wonderful - and usually a little more than what we were looking for. Special occasion dresses, shoes, books!, toys and day-to-day clothes. OUAC is my go-to store for my girls!
Very clean and organized...I have twins and I love buying all their cloths here!!!
Rude staff. I would NOT go back. There is nothing in this store that would be worth being treated so poorly.
