I used to love this place, but I'm not going to bother coming here anymore after two experiences with poor customer service in a row. I'm just going to go to kid to kid from now on.
This was my first experience at Once Upon A Child and I would recommend anyone I know to go here! They had a bunch of clothes on sale for 90% off! I found my little Man a shirt for only 15 cents it came out to be! I didn't spend more then 55 cents a shirt and they were all in very great condition! I'm one very pleased customer and will continue to shop here now on!
Always have a great experience in your store! Love how items are arranged by color, really helps me find what I need (and a few things I don't - ha). Friendly and helpful staff too!

I have shopped at all the once upon a child stores in the Pittsburgh area and this is the only one that I have gotten clothes that were in poor condition. It's happened twice but this time was worse than the first so I wanted to tell people to make sure they check the clothing before purchasing it.
Once upon a Child-North Hills is great. I never leave this store disappointed. I always tell friends & family to go to this store over others.
