This is one of the places you have to pay attention in. They can be VERY over priced for used clothing. The few times I have brought clothes in, they rejected almost all of them and they were name brand and what they were looking for. Their toys are ok but really need a wash when you get then home. Customer service is hot and cold. I have gone in there and received both great and terrible service.
Geez, After reading the comments, I pray things get better. I plan to be a regular customer. I recently stopped in & had a good experience. I found some cute items for my new Grand. The young girl that waited on me was AMAZING!! I like the spend $10 & get a punch deal. My only complaint was the strollers appeared OVERPRICED & UNCLEAN. Hope to get the deal I'm looking for
I love this place because all their staff is very friendly and they have a awesome variety of clothes! It helps when you can't afford the super expensive name brand stuff for sure!!
I do love this store. I can usually find quite a bit of things for decent prices but lately, it does seem like pricing has gone up. I won't even bother looking at coats because they are outrageous. The toy area is a total mess every time. I think it's a great store but I feel like they have outgrown the location. Bigger store, better deals.
I do like to shop here. However, unless you shop the clearance sale, things are overpriced. Today I thought I'd try selling because I saw an advertisement on facebook that they were looking for all sizes, spring/summer, winter/fall, ALL boys clothes. I dropped off a huge bag of clothes and had to come back later because they were backed up...no big deal...got back and they took only a few outfits, saying the rest were stained, faded, or whatever the excuse was. I went with a friend today whom happens to go frequently i could not believe she bought four items for 22.26. I was in total disbelief. I realize they use a computer system for pricing and for what's in demand. However this is ridiculous. When i can do mom to mom or goodwill and pay 15$ for a bigger 30gallon garbage bag full. I like shopping here for my daughter but there are a few things that could use improvement. Sometimes the prices seem a little too high for the quality of the item. I can always count on the employees rude and snotty demeanors (except for the Mexican lady. She's a sweetheart and actually greets customers) I don't try to sell things there often because of the bad experiences I had at platos. I used to love this place. Now workers are rude, you try to sell things and they always make excuses for not taking things almost like they're just too lazy to look through it. When you know your name brand things are in better shape than things they price high that should be just in a garage sale instead for a quarter. Burlington, Walmart, Meijer, and Target are way cheaper than this place is now and Goodwill has clothes in way better shape. Will never go here again. Waste of time and money.
