What a joke when it comes to selling things to them!! I took things back I bought two weeks prior and unfortunately did not have their little tag still in them. Manager told me they were faded and there was a tear(that I had not seen when I purchased), but they didn't fit my child and I just bought them off your rack two weeks ago!!! I have a hard time when you are glad to take my money to purchase but when I bring a few things in to sell to you you can't give me a dime??? Pretty disappointed they don't buy anything really at all I took a winter coat and pants and shirts in and was told it's to worn really it's kid clothes it's just normal wear and they are only accepting fall and winter well that's what I brought you plus I can go to Wal-Mart and target and kohls and buy pants for $11 that are brand new maybe not name brand and the staff there was beyond rude never again I loved this store at first but now it's to expensive cuz you barely pay to buy it from people and it's always a mess and r... read more
Extremely disappointed in the store presentation for how many workers were there. Over 10 people working and the store was an absolute mess, I couldn't even push my daughters stroller throughout the store, at one point it got caught on the stores ladder and the two employees standing and watching me struggle didn't bother to help me or move it. Overall was a poor experience with overpriced items, and extremely poor costumer service, it will be a while before I take a trip back thats for sure.
The staff at this location is more into socializing with each other than actually working. I was second in line, with a very impatient toddler. When it was finally my turn to check out, the girl didn't even acknowledge me. She simply walked away from the register to chat with the other girls! Im so disgusted with the customer service.
I've taken in clothes numerous times that have been name brand (Calvin Klein, Puma, Carter, etc.) and the season they're looking for and are turned down. I'm told the clothes are stained or too worn which they're not. Very disappointing. I do buy some items but some things are way over priced. Beware!
I have purchased a few things there, jackets. shoes, clothing that were very nice and all. Some clothes in the store are over priced. But if i search though, I often find items priced good. I purchased a Christmas dress there this winter. Very pretty dress, no holes or stains, good price, in nice condition. My daughter wore it for a 1 hour christmas church service. Yea the prices are high but if we think bout the brands they are way higher and they look almost new and the large items are decent prices and they can't buy everything duhh lol but they only buy a couple at a time for me but they do give me more than I expected and I never seen them rude they always seem like there in a good mood and there toys be clean to me but u always wanna wash things that's used no matter what
