When you tell someone on the phone they can come out with clothes even though you’re backed up and then when I get there tell me I can’t be taken? Absolutely horrible. I told you I was coming from Maplewood and that Maplewood location had no time. You have 2 hours until you close and have way less than Maplewood did and told me I could come just to send me home. People don’t have gas to waste just for you to be ridiculous.

Horrible experience! I was told it would be an hour before my clothes were finished. That was fine! Came back after an hour had passed and noticed the assistant manager was still going through my clothes. Still no problem...stood over to the side and waited patiently. She was on the phone the entire time having a personal conversation. Never once acknowledged me in any way. It’s a great store. My only complaint is I’ve been in there a couple times now and been told that it will take 3 1/2 - 4 hours before they can go through my stuff. For people that don’t live close, like me, it’s just not doable. Today I had to leave.
I love the huge selection of clothes available for baby boys- a lot of places don’t have nearly as much for boys as they do for girls but this store does! Amazing prices too. The staff is very friendly!
