I usually never take the time to write online reviews, however I definitely need to for this store. There are many positives and I’m so impressed! The owner is usually present, very friendly and engaged with customers and staff. Most importantly the staff are extremely friendly & helpful and seem to really enjoy their job. I’ve been to many consignment shops and this one by far is the cleanest with the best selection!
Won’t be shopping here again . I was told 30 mins for them to check my items , came back and they still hadn’t checked it and told 30 mins. I Came back again and was told to wait another 30 mins again. I left to run errands since I have a life and their timing was off. I ended up totally forgetting about my items. everytime i go in there its soooo hot its not enjoyable to take ur time and look around n shop..i literally trade my things and was running out the door to breathe dripping in sweat.. fix ur a.c its been like that for yrs.. ridiculous..
I went into this location this afternoon and will never be back which is disappointing! I live close by and would have frequented in order to stock my 2 sons closets and also sell off the boutique style clothing they outgrow, including that of my almost adopted son that we lost back in January. I went in to sell some very gently used clothing items and stood unnoticed, Un-greeted for a full 15 minutes. wrongful accused of stealing when i had a basket full of clothes about to check out! 3 police cars pulled up! i have always sold clothes to them and have store credit wirh them! never have i stole from them or felt so embrassed! i have always loved this store and have been a faithful customer for the longest! so upset that they did this!!
There way of tracking people's credit. I have spent a lot of my money at this store and brought my kids used clothes here but will no longer do so and will spread the word to everyone else who will listen. if there computer system messes up or someone puts the wrong info in and you loose your slip with your store credit you are screwed and they will not try to,make it right. Even when I show led them the other slips I did not loose. So now they got my stuff for free and I am screwed out of the money I was supposed to receive... read more
RecommendedI arrived at 10 am when they opened .the gentleman greeted me and helped me in with my items . Their system is incredible all done though a text system where you check in and then they alert you when they are done . I went back a bit earlier and they were already done . They are all very nice there and they run a very efficient clean neat store . I highly recommend them .
Absolutely nothing in this box was of use to them... I had no idea my child has been wearing rags for the last year. They did happen to like ONE shirt, and I was offered .50 cents... never again!!! 4/9/19 UPDATE- I took my business elsewhere 💕 I was treated kindly and I was offered a very fair 35.00 for the box of gently used clothing at a privately owned children’s consignment shop in Colorado Springs.
