This place is awful. The 2 women working today were the rudest must unprofessional employees I have ever encountered. They tried to tell me that the have never accepted bags of merchandise (only bins) to sell and turned me away. I have been selling things here for more than 7 years and ALWAYS USED BAGS. If this is a new rule then fine but don’t lie and tell me it was always this way. Unbelievable that even the manager was rude, cranky and unprofessional. I will NEVER step foot in here again.
Blonde manager is very rude and judge mental if you’re selling your things, sorry stuck up lady not everyone does drugs some of us are just hoarders!

Wouldn't even look through my items, said that they needed to be washed. I pulled all the clothes from my kids dresser, where I put clean clothes at. Then, when I left no one would help me carry my box out, while I was carrying my daughter. The women in the store were very rude. I'm definitely taking this higher up, the service I received was unacceptable.
This is the only location I've ever been to (one time) it was an awful experience. I am a first time mother with a 10 month old son. I decided to gather up all of his outgrown clothes (lots and lots of clothes) almost all of these clothes still had tags on them (baby gap, Gymboree, north face). Anyway, as I walked through the front door staff stopped me and seemed annoyed that I was even in their store.
