Recommendedshopping here yes I recommend them !! selling clothes here is a JOKE! I had 2 totes full . carters clothes. nike shoes. girls boots. and they filled one of there buckets including the nike shoes and some clothes and I got like $20. and they passed on alot that has never even been worn. so I wouldnt sell here, but I would recommend shopping here .

Use to work here as a Plato’s closet employee during the renovation and I loved it and shopping here is always great finding so much at great prices the employees are amazing and do the best they can to get people in and out with little wait time to checkout Will forever shop here for friends and families kids as well as for my daughter who will be here February 2020
Very very very rude employees that work here at this location. I just called to ask questions and the woman on the phone was very unprofessional. Seems like they need to have a staff meeting to go over customer service

I have had a much better experience here since they have changed owners, management, and staff. They are so much more friendly. I went to this store one time when I moved to Florence,Ky from Louisiana. I said I would never go back, I drove to Cincinnati just to get what I needed. Then when I saw the store I loved in Cincinnati are the new owners. I tried it when they re opened. These ladies go above and beyond! I love this store! Thank you, for a great experience every time I come now!!
I had NUMEROUS bad experiences with this location in the past! The customer service was just awful. I wanted to give another chance since I heard the management/staff had changed. I just picked up the one tote that I dropped off. Their decision on my clothes was made in a timely manner, under an hour! Everything got taken, except for just a few things. Much better experience than I had previously. I once waited 13 days to hear back from them...13 days! The store is in much better condition now, I will be returning! Thank you... read more
Well I have been the pass few times and haven’t been impressed with a lot of the clothes you have out. Today I came in looking for pants for my son and every thing I flipped thru all had holes in them and your asking $5 to $8 bucks for these pants. Then I go to look at shoes and they are so worn down not worth purchasing. I don’t know who in charge of going thru clothes and hanging them out but what I seen they should have never been put out for someone to buy.
