Not friendly I called to inquire about what items they were currently accepting and the girl that answered the phone seemed bothered by my call. I'm not going to help a business by bringing them my business that is rude to me!

Once Upon A Child is Awesome! I do not have all the words to describe how much i love this store!!!!!! its a wonderful place to go and sell and shop in!!!!! I've been shopping here for years and I love their staff, they've always been soo helpful everytime I go in there. I feel like I know most of them like family, I've stuck around to see most of them have families of their own. They may be only giving out store-credit, but you know what it's worth it! if your white dont go there! I called before i went and asked if they were buying all kids clothes they told me yes....so i took my clothes there and she told me they didn't need any of it...Now i have all nice kids clothes gap carter nice stuff my kid never put on it seemed to me since i was white they thought i didn't need the money or store credit but ever Mexican before me got store credit or the cash....so now i will just donation it to people who need it not people who discriminant !!

great place for gently used kids clothes They have quite a selection of very nice gently used kids clothes and toys and books and furniture. trade or buy. it is all worth the time spent looking and browsing.
Used kids clothing and toys I've found much better deals at Once Upon A Child stores in other states. It's hard to find really good bargains here. The clothes in my opinion are a bit overpriced considering they're used. You can usually find prices that low at Target or Walmart. If you bring your stuff in to sell, they are VERY particular and will give you very little money or store credit. You'd be better off doing a yard sale or selling them on Ebay if you have nice stuff. Ok.....a little pricey though! I had the opportunity to visit this store while visiting a friend on the east side of town (I live way west side). She told me that had lots of cute clothes and used toys. My son was in between sizes when we went, so I was hoping to find a few shirts/shorts to get him through the rest of the summer. While I did find some cute outfits, I thought even for used they were very overpriced. I could buy NEW clothes at a chain store for the same price.
