I stopped in one day last week and they spent the time to ask what I was looking for and what I wanted to do with the bike (race, ride community rides, etc). I wasn't ready to purchase but they spent the time going through the bikes and what makes one type better than the others. Thank you for all of the information. Hoping to be able to buy one soon from you.
Don't tell a customer what kind of bike his wife wants when he looking for something specific! Horrible first contact!!! Will never recommend or shop there EVER.

This just goes to show that some folks take life too seriously. I was simply suggesting that instead of a fat tire coaster brake bike with one speed, your wife would probably prefer a hybrid style bike if she tried it. The idea that you turned that into something to be offended about is amazing to me. Lighten up Francis.
