RecommendedCame to Columbus for a quick weekend away from Chicago. Decided to chance it and drop in at Once Ridden to see if they happened to have any bikes for sale that didn't cost as much as a used car (it's impossible to find a new bike in Chicago). Jake was very knowledgeable and got me set up with one of the few new bikes they had left in stock (they got a shipment just before the holiday and they were flying off the floor!). Dropped off a seldom ridden bike. Joe and team replace cables and gave it the once over for a very reasonable price. We will be bringing all our bikes here for their tune ups and repairs.
Excellent service. Best selection and pricing on second hand bikes. Plenty of new bikes to choose from as well. Couldn't be happier with my neighborhood bike shop. Maintenance is completed in a reasonable time and pricing is very competitive.
Took my bike in to get a flat repaired. They had the tube changed and my bike ready to go within 15 minutes and cost was <$15 total for parts and labor. Very competent. Additionally, they complimentarily adjusted the position of my brakes and replaced a tire axle nut, which I hadn't even noticed was missing. Store also has a nice selection of reasonably priced bike accessories. Will definitely go back if I ever have more bike issues!
They need to give back stolen bikes to the proper owners, without charging.
My husband came into the store this morning for a Schwinn or comparable bike. No one greeted him or even seemed interested, so he left. Customer service makes or breaks the deal.
Just called and asked them what there used bikes prices started at and the man was very rude. He said that the prices start at 100$ if I want some Walmart bike. I asked him to clarify what he said and he was rude once again. No deals here. Why pay 100 for a used bike here when I could go to Walmart and get a new one for that price. Of course he will make fun of you getting one there
The owner is the best great deals on bikes new and used bikes
I got my Fuji from here. Beat it up for two years then got a free tune up that brought it back to life
