customer service is lacking they are extremely rude. My order was damaged during shipping and even with pictures i was accused of lying. finally after many emails I was shipped two new tubs only to have those also damaged when I emailed them again he said to bad. Are you kidding me I spent $200 in product and its all useless now and no refund. How rude and can you be to someone who's a loyal customer for years.
Not only do they make great nut butter, they have excellent customer service. Crystal tracked down a recipe that used to be on their abandoned blog, but wasn't on their website. It took some effort on her part, and she stayed on task. I was very grateful as they are my all time favorite peanut butter cookies! Thanks Crystal! Go once Again Nut Butter !
