The owner Tanner was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Made an appt and bailed on me the morning of. Then texted me for details and when I had a few simple questions he repeatedly ignored my calls and texts. I was shocked that an owner would act like that, totally wasted my time and never responded. Don’t waste your time with such a rude disrespectful company because they’ll waste yours even though you’re just looking for help. Extremely unprofessional and unbecoming of a CEO

Expert service and great customer care, they handle the claims process from start to finish and take out all the guesswork. I wouldn't call anyone else to take care of my properties in the event of a loss

SCAMMERS! Don't not use this company at any cost. They're the typical liars who will tell you everything you want to hear and be professional at the beginning to get your money. However, once you pay them you'll have a hard time getting a response from them for any follow up work unless you are willing to pay again.

Their service didn't work and cost me a month of actual treatment and I don't get a full refund?? Their phone service is lousy too. Some dopey automated thing that makes it take longer to speak to a live person. Even when you get through, they often leave you on hold. Poor customer service.
