Satisfied – I was very pleased and satisfied with the respect, courtesy and promptness of my visit!!!
Convenience – Calling ahead saved me almost an hour of wait time, which is like a lifetime when you're not feeling so well. I appreciated that convenience.
Close by – Good walk in clinic for being sick and needing attention without the hassle of making an appointment. Glad to have such services close by.

Terrible care, Questionable practices, worst place – They charged $400 for lifting up a bandage and telling me I needed an Emergency Room plastic surgeon. They put on a new bandaid and sent me to the ER who actually took care of me and charged me less than they did. But the worst of it was that even though I have a cashed check and paid my part of the bill, they say they have no record of payment, sent me to a collection agency, and are not reachable by phone to correct the situation. Run away! – Do not come here, no matter what. I was in town on vacation and came in pain with a urinary tract infection. I asked how much it would cost, they looked at my insurance card and said $50. for a co-pay. I gave a sample, went to the examination room and waited. When the doctor came in she was complaining about the technicians and the front desk clerk, saying that she could lose her license if they didn't do their jobs whereas they'd just be fired.
