Due to sewerage overflow in the drain pipes we needed an urgent site visit to identify the problem and after a phone call to OnCall Emergency Plumbers a site visit was scheduled the same day and they arrived a few hours later. During the site visit video footage of the ‘root’ cause was provided which was quite informative and welcome considering previous plumber blamed us for pouring grease down the drains but no mention of tree roots in the pipes. Not only did they come out late at night, They were extremely informative and very thorough. I now have them saved on my phone should I ever need emergency plumbing again . I have zero hesitation in recommending them
This morning I discovered that the sewer pipe in the backyard was blocked, so I found the website and phone number of On Call Emergency Plumbers. They responded very quickly and came over by noon to clear the blockage. They even showed me a video and identified the cause. In the end, they also helped clean up the area. I’m very satisfied with their service!
