To Onan / Cummins, I want to thank Mr. Grover Simpson for his knowledge and patience while on the phone with us. We had a no start issue and we cleaned the terminals, which did not solve the problem. My wife called Mr Simpson and he wanted to hear the clicking noise and it ended up the fuel pump had to warm up. WOW, amazing. Started right up after holding the start button down for 10 seconds. I want to thank Mr. Grover for his helping hand and hopefully I didn't miss spell his name. I've been traveling with my wife in our rv and we had a problem with the generator along with other issues. We have a 2023 thor windsport. The generator was not providing electricity to the unit. We had this problem around two weeks or more. We took the rv to Ohio general rv dealership to have them look at the problems. They fix one but couldn't fix the generator.
