This place is not worth it. They used to be a great cheap option at 450 before hand. But years later I got informed my rent is going to be almost 790 next year for the same unit with very basic upgrades like the door handles on cabinets. Additionally the service here sucks. I had a prior post on here about my move-in experience as a sophomore, but living here longer has only brought up more problems. I know this is a long post but I have had some pretty major issues here and would not recommend signing a lease with them to anyone. After living here for a year, my negative opinion of this complex unfortunately has not changed. They have proven to myself and my roommate that move-in is always going to be difficult. There are always fun and creative events going on for the residents which I absolutely appreciate! It gets me out of the apartment when my friends are busy, and the staff is very friendly.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Be aware that this complex requires his tenants to obtain/renew the renter's insurance. And, after that they charge again on this insurance because of the luck of the communication with the third-party company which handles these renter's insurances approvals. It's was hard reaching out manager back in August. The front desk guys know nothing about this process.
