!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Not once but TWICE IN THE SAME MONTH, On20 made copies of keys to our apartment and gave it to strangers without notifying us. Both times, the stranger was the one to reach out to us and let us know they were moving in. I do not trust On20 or the level of safety they advertised at their apartment complex. They are discontinuing the dead bolts on the apartment front doors as well, so if a stranger has keys made, you could wake up to a surprise like we did. Maintenance is great!
This place is great. Kayla was great showing options. Her managers helpful with paperwork. Our oldest daughter lived there a few years ago and our twins are now starting college. Comfortable clean and safe feel with trees and open space. Great common areas, great gym and pool, excellent layout for quad unit. Friendly community feeling where other students helped find our way. Great, spacious amenities as well as space. My room here is bigger than my previous apartment where I was paying more. Although some of the appliances can be older, everything works properly and maintenance team is usually on top of any sort of work orders. Have lived here for the past year and have no real complaints about the place thus far.
