I've reviewed on the showroom page but need to review here. On2 is our first home and we've lived here for almost 2 years. Stephanie was so amazing at the time and still is to this day. She still check in every so often which is so amazing and is the reason we were able to be filmed for On2 when we first moved In which was an unforgettable experience we will never forget and always get to look back on. I sincerely hope everyone else gets Stephanie because she's truly amazing.
We moved into an On2 home about 2 weeks ago! We are first time home buyers and love our new house! We feel so grateful to have come across On2 as it is exactly what we were looking for! The one part of the process we were very disappointed in was the constant lack of communication from our sales consultant Stephanie. She was always nice but we were often given incorrect information, waited weeks for simple responses, was consistently out sick and overall didn’t get to experience a lot of the positives from buying a home. Worst builders I have ever seen! They got these guys building blindfolded.
We moved in about 5 months ago and have been pleased with our decision to choose an ON2 home! We love our lot choice as well as home choice (convex). We’ve had a couple of issues that needed to be repaired but we worked with the warranty company through it all and didn’t have to pay anything for the repairs. Love our under the stairs nook and plant wall! Perfect starter home for a good price.
