I had an 11am class that was canceled at 11am as I was outside knocking on the door. Someone was inside as I heard movement and a dog barking. I tried calling, and my call was being sent to voicemail. I am local in the community, and wanted to support local. This is a poor way to run a business, and I will not be returning.
Loyal customers here! They have an array of yoga classes catered to your needs and current mood. If you want something active or relaxing, the studio has something to offer for you. The fitness classes lead by Denise are also amazing! Denise looks out for her students, challenges them, but adjusts routines based on their fitness goals. Talk about personalized service that you can never experience in overbooked, crowded studios!
Denise is absolutely amazing! She’s energetic, motivational, inspirational, and passionate about what she does. Denise has been an unbelievable trainer for me as I prepare for my wedding. She really cares about her clients and knows how to get the best results. The entire atmosphere of On Track Wellness is beyond welcoming. I cannot recommend Denise and On Track Wellness enough.
