We could not be more pleased with our experience at On Track Wellness. Our son has been taking youth marital arts and the level of coaching is well beyond what we expected. Absolutely fantastic. They instill important character values alongside the metal arts practice. They show a lot of patience while commanding respect. My husband and I recently joined the barbell club and we are all very happy to be a part of this wonderful dojo community!! Highly recommend!
Will does a fantastic job teaching self defense and making it very fun. He has a lot of patience for new students, and is always happy to answer questions.
Sensei(coach) Eric and Nate are great with kids. They've got it all down. Besides teaching self-defense, they also teach discipline, respect, patience. I love watching the class and all the kids seem to be fully engaged.
Excellent! Instructors, facility, students, and knowledge are all top-notch! I teach and train Martial Arts myself, yet I still send my kids there! I also take a few classes when I am able to and help out. Highly recommended! 🥊🥋🙏🏾❤️
I had a great experience at BJJ, Eric, Nate, Will, and Sofia were especially nice and helpful to teach the techniques, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try martial arts. Additionally the students to this gym are especially friendly and put effort into helping new BJJ practitioners to improve their skills and have fun.
