The technician Brian was very professional, submitted to us 3 proposals and then completed the job and cleaned everything up within 30 minutes. I highly recommend On Track Doors and Brian but please be patient if I need him again.
The technician‘s name is KINDLY he installed my garage door this morning, and I was very impressed with his professionalism. His work ethic is exceptional—he was organized, clean, and efficient from beginning to end. As someone who manages an automotive shop for a corporation, I know firsthand how rare it is to find employees with these qualities. Workers like him are hard to come by, and I truly believe employees like “Kindly” should be well taken care of.
Garage door drive fell apart, must have died of old age. I called On Track Doors since they're in the neighborhood for the repair. Repairman named Brian responded within a couple of hours. I was very impressed with his work, the equipment installed and the attitude and professionalism Brian showed. Price was very reasonable as well. This is now my go-to place for any garage door needs.
