Would not recommend. Had Jud install two roofs in 2016 and 2017. Will not return for corrective action work. Does not respond to calls or texts. Roof had leaks after install. Had to have another company come and repair leaks.
Jud Allen came to look at the hail damage on my house and said he was interested in bidding on the insurance repairs. I set up an appointment with the insurance adjuster, called Jud with the appointment time and he claimed he would be there to go over the damage with the adjuster. Tried to contact him in advance to be certain he would show but he never responded to my messages or calls. Guess what? He never showed and never called back. Typical roofing company, unreliable! On Top did a great job replacing my Mother's roof. They were prompt and did the job for exactly what they said it would cost. I highly recommend them!
My experience with Bob and his crew were great. Bob was prompt and professional.
I am evaluating OTR-Allen from a few years ago; it is terrible. A job done two years ago now needs its second repair. The company is not responsive. OTR-Allen is not to be confused with the previous version of OTR, now called OTR 2000, and run by Bob Santini, who has always done a fine job for me and has solved even unconventional problems.
