Paradise has dwindled at OTOW, once the nations largest 55+ retirement condominium community which is located in Clearwater Florida. Years of hostilities and conflict have made it the worst places to live ~ a direct result of the condo Associations culpable negligence that has led to a building collapse and prolonged inoperable elevators. I am so grateful to God to be living in such an amazing place.. the people are so kind and fun.. this is truly where my life begins as far as activities and really enjoying more life than I do. thank you OTOTW oh yes and did I mention the staff in the office and grounds and gate drive up.. ABSOLUTELY FRIENDLY, KIND AND SO SO HELPFUL
Very evasive of units available etc. And I live here. Can't waste their time on inquiry etc. ☹️
