Very disappointed with my experience. I would give zero stars if I could. The nail technician completely messed up the design I requested, and the nails did not match in length or shape from one hand to the other. The overall result looked uneven and unfinished. The appointment also took far longer than expected (3 hours) and during the service I was cut twice.
