Sent my worker here with one of our work vans. They kept the van for over a month, making excuses on why it wasn’t ready. Once we were finally able to get the van back, they did no work and refused to return my money. ($1700)The owner “Minor” even made a sarcastic remark saying “no refund, take me to court”.
On time transmission? More like 5 months later and my car still isn’t ready. If you have a transmission problem and want it fixed “on time” don’t bother coming to this place, You will be met with a longer wait time than promised, and on top of that more issues than I initially started with. This business deserves ZERO stars, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE. The staff is also a group of sassy grown men that don’t like to be questioned when inquiring about a possible end date.
My experience in this shop was like this went to get transmission reconstruction was two days late of what said...car runs fine now but when put in reverse makes a noise and jolts they said it's not the transmission and that it's another problem but they can fix for an extra charge and also when I picked up my car 3 more codes popped out of nowhere and they said they can fix that too the codes where for the oxygen sensor which has nothing to do with transmission so I take it to another mechanic and he says someone disconnect... read more
No lo recomiendo mi esposo llevó el carro para arreglar la tras misión y la dejaron pior y solo nos sacaron el dinero y aparte le descontaron cables para q regresáramos. Y no sacarn más dinero son unos rateros tengan cuidado ….
