Jack came out today, to work on my daughter’s RV A/C unit and did a fantastic job. Explained everything he did and was very pleasant to deal with. Responded to text messages promptly
I contacted Jack through Right Price Auto Sales. I was buying a motorhome from them and they recommended Jack. I paid Jack $450 to do a “short inspection” on the Rv. Jack did not catch that the hyd leveling jacks didn’t work. Jack didn’t catch that both front inner wheel seals were leaking. Now, I don’t know what Jack checked on his “short inspection” but these two were the major issues, there has been several other problems that in my opinion, a competent Rv inspector should have caught. I bought a camper from Optimum RV, and it had several problems, like a refrigerator that didn't work. I called Jack, and at first, he thought it needed to be replaced, and I paid him for a new refrigerator... but Jack didn't like that, and he slept on it . The next day, he fixed the fridge and saved me $1200. Jack has also installed and hung TVs and removed unwanted interior furnishings so I can bring in my own, as well as many other little things. My wife and I were on holiday going to Florida. Our type C Rv was having problems closing the 2 slides. Jack stopped to help us out by bypassing the slide out system so we could continue our trip. We weren’t really sure what to do so his experience really helped out.
The man that came out was wonderful and fixed our issue. So greatful for such great techs when you really need them ..
