I have been dealing with a loud upstairs neighbor and her family and friends bringing trash and bikes for 2 years. I call this office and just tell me to take video and pictures and call the cops. And no one does anything!! Homeless people keep walking up and down the stairs at different times during the night. And they haven't put a single lock or fix the spring door to at least keep it close. The management is only focused on fixing the place so they can charge more for next people moving in.
