Spoke to Matthew about landscaping estimate and the first thing you can hear from him, is his honesty regarding Irrigation, rock etc.. it is TOO HOT for anyone to work in this heat, but he went over how to go about getting the information we need to get the basics done until it is cooler. Great customer service
I’m very happy with Matthew from On Time Landscaping. I called him for a water leak in my front yard. He is honest, helpful and professional. I ended up fixing it myself with his instructions. Highly recommended for your water leak problems. Definitely will use him for any future water leakage problems
Has to be one of the most honest and transparent vendors I have worked with in a long time (maybe ever?)! Moving to a new home that has needed work, I have probably interacted with 50+ vendors and this has been my most positive experience by far. Matthew took my call regarding an irrigation valve leak. My landscaping sprung a leak on Friday night. I called and spoke with Matthew on Saturday morning. I sent him a pic as I had already dug around the leak myself and he said I could probably do it myself. But as I was going out of town the next day and it was right up against the cement walkway, I needed it done quickly and correctly. He told me he could come out the same day and do the repair. Matthew is honest, extremely helpful, kind and patient. I had an irrigation leak and he quickly assessed and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to help me prepare for future issues. He taught me a lot and I'm really grateful for his time and service.
