Wow, a great experience all around! Our AC had not been cooling efficiently and Shane and his team took great care of us. We worked with polite and experienced technicians all the way through. They have a great way of explaining things and I particularly appreciated how they did what they could to help our older system across the finish line while we waited for the installation date for the new system. I am quite comfortable with retaining On Time for our HVAC needs so long as we are in Waukesha!

If my new air conditioner had a fan club, I’d be president. Jacob and Ryan showed up, worked like absolute pros, and somehow managed to make installation day feel like a social event instead of a home repair. They were kind, respectful, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. My house is now cooler than a Wisconsin January, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend — both the AC and the wonderful humans who installed it on July 21st. 2026. Dan and suzie thank you

Travis who came out to check our AC was wonderful. Kind, respectful, and easy to talk to — plus he had the perfect amount of humor to make a stressful day feel lighter. He explained everything clearly and treated our home with care. I’m convinced he could fix an AC and brighten your mood at the same time. Truly grateful for the great service. Travis was as good as they come. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He gave us many options to repair or replace our AC unit, which we have chosen to replace. I would highly recommend this business & Travis to anyone.
