Amazing guy! On the coldest day of the year late night when we should've all been in bed, he was more worried about getting us warm in our home than how much money he could squeeze out of us in this emergency situation. He was thorough, kind, and explained everything very effectively. He got us all fixed up for the night and set us up with some long term security we know we can count on. 100% recommend!
