Shane was great. He thoroughly explained why my furnace failed and all of my options for repairing it or replacing it. I opted for a new elite furnace and Shane provided us with quality space heaters until we get our new furnace installed. Shane is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Shane and his crew were great! Called him out because our system wasn’t cooling our house anymore. He quickly was able to diagnose what the issues were and laid out a couple different options for us to do. We elected the best thing for us was a full new A/C install and Jacob came out to install it. The system looks and works great now!
The service i received from Shane was very good. He was able to schedule the appointment for a very reasonable date and time that fit in with my timetable. The service was up and above what I had anticipated. He was able to do the maintenance and fix some existing problems that I had expected there might be all in a very timely fashion all in one visit. I will definitely be using his service in the future for my heating issues also. Thanks
Service started with a text message and picture of the person that will be coming to my home for the service. I thought this was a really outstanding communication from the beginning. I knew exactly who should be arriving. Once in my home, he was kind and respectful and very honest. He explained things well to ensure I understood. Everything was phenomenal service! I would highly recommend!
