My technician, Mr. Bogans came out within the two hour window and was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on. He didn’t fast talk or use words I wouldn’t understand. He checked everything out with the heating and cooling function and made sure before he left that out system was working properly. I was also able to schedule my Fall maintenance check.
