I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced in June 2025. I received four other quotes from reputable companies, On Time not only had the best price but beat one company by $5000 dollars‼️Installation was neat, tidy and professional. I was dealing with the owner Mike. He was great. Always got back to me when I phoned and you could tell he was passionate about his job. I would highly recommend On Time for any of your furnace and AC needs.

Needed a furnace/AC unit for a condo. They installed a Mult-MFG unit that replaced the old unit located on the balcony in a closet. They vacuumed and cleaned the closet out after removing old unit. Nice work.

I discovered that the electric hot water tank was dripping from the discharge pipe. I called On Time right away and within 2 hours, Matt was here and within 30 minutes he had determined and fixed the problem. Such terrific service and Matt is the best!!! And a day later, Chris came to do the Fall furnace maintenance. It is reassuring to know that everything is in good working order. A big "thank you" to Chris and to On Time for having such great technicians.

After being told our furnace was on it's last legs we were on a quest to find someone that could do the job and within our budget. Our other major components such as hot water tank and air conditioner we also starting to cry softly of exertion. So we made the executive decision to to pull the plug and do them all.
