I discovered that the electric hot water tank was dripping from the discharge pipe. I called On Time right away and within 2 hours, Matt was here and within 30 minutes he had determined and fixed the problem. Such terrific service and Matt is the best!!! And a day later, Chris came to do the Fall furnace maintenance. It is reassuring to know that everything is in good working order. A big "thank you" to Chris and to On Time for having such great technicians.

After being told our furnace was on it's last legs we were on a quest to find someone that could do the job and within our budget. Our other major components such as hot water tank and air conditioner we also starting to cry softly of exertion. So we made the executive decision to to pull the plug and do them all. We had about eight different quotes for all three things and On-Time came in right on budget. Our Air Conditioner broke down and was quickly replaced. They were not just “On Time” they were early. They finished quick and cleaned up all mess. Left everything looking clean and new. The installers were very kind and explained everything as they were working. Would highly recommend !!
