The ride was not "on time". It kept getting delayed, and delayed. Then, I got a bill. I provided them the insurance information, and they are not submitting it to insurance.
They keep their trucks running for hours at 2-5 am in a strip mall on Mule Road right across from residential homes and they keep me awake. And then I hear loud music but just the base sound for hours!!! Why is this necessary? Will report it to our Association office.
OnTime is not what they are. We were told they would be onsite between 12-3. Then 3:15, they finally showed at 4. The nurse at the hospital couldn’t find them once they arrived to transport my mom. They finally came back to my mom’s room. We missed the meeting with the social worker at the rehab facility. This caused confusion for my mother and myself. They were not ready at rehab for my mom. This caused my day to be a 17 hour day sitting with my mom.
They carry my bags straight to my door without hanging for a tip. Very personable, too. No complaints.
Joe, my driver, was wonderful! Not only was he pleasant and a great conversationalist, you can tell he cares about the patients!
