They are not on time, stink at communication and nasty on the phone. Do use these people.
The ride was not "on time". It kept getting delayed, and delayed. Then, I got a bill. I provided them the insurance information, and they are not submitting it to insurance.
They keep their trucks running for hours at 2-5 am in a strip mall on Mule Road right across from residential homes and they keep me awake. And then I hear loud music but just the base sound for hours!!! Why is this necessary? Will report it to our Association office.
