We needed our travel trailer furnace repaired. On The Spot came quickly and diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and replaced it within a few days. Great to work with! Well worth having them come to us, rather than pulling our trailer to a shop.
A recent hailstorm damaged my A/C shroud, and I needed it repaired but was not looking forward to scheduling and hauling it to a shop. I contacted OTS Mobile RV Repair, and they were quick to reply. After providing the model number for the A/C, he ordered parts, which arrived two days later. The installation crew did a great job removing and installing the new shroud. They even removed the large wasp nest they found. Their mobile repair was so quick and convenient that I plan to use them for future maintenance.
Mike was great to work with!! He communicated timely, and he was able to work me in quickly. His technician was very friendly, worked quickly, and was very professional. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend!
