Find someone else unless you are searching for unprofessionalism and mediocrity. The owner had an employee call me late in the afternoon of the day prior to my routine AM scheduled cleanings to cancel and say that they can no longer clean our office buildings unless we gave them keys, granting their employee(s) after hours access. This left me only hours to find another company to provide proper service to our tenants. Had they offered a final clean prior to cancelling on me, I would have given them three stars. Mike did an outstanding job! He was great with our feisty doggie as well. Stephanie was very professional, friendly, and informative during booking, and confirmed our appt the day before. Overall very, very pleased with On The Spot, and plan to hire them again in the future. Definitely recommend.

He does not move furniture does not clean under the bed. Leaves carpet and furniture very wet. Very rough with running his hoses in the home and totally wet the wood flooring while cleaning a living room chair. Not really a careful worker.

Mike was very efficient and courteous. Cleaned both bathrooms and kitchen. My husband and I are both pleased.
