Very disappointing experience. We brought in a used wool rug that three staff members described as being in good condition at drop-off. There was staining on the backing, but at no point was this flagged as something that could affect the cleaning process. What greeted us at pickup was an obvious problem. The rug had large, new stains on the front, the textured pattern had been flattened, the carpet, previously a lovely cream, had white blotches throughout and there was also damage done.
