Poor customer service and communication.
The best and most consistent hair salon I have ever encountered. I have been a client for a few years now and each of the ladies has worked with me in some capacity. They are world class and care about health of your hair.

I came in to see Nikki 4 days after an unfortunate haircut at another place. That cut cost me 12-14 inches of hair. I had no style, and I was sad. Nikki saw me for a consultation and gave me a plan.
