My grandmother took my car in to get paint removed off one of my tires. She said that the customer service was amazing and that they worked efficiently to get the paint off. Thank you for your help!
NICE CUSTOMERS SERVICE …..Insurance recommended. They Stated that my radiator (car was purchased from CarMax) was old and needed repair before wreck because they seen rust build …Wrong….but they diagnosed the overflow jug as the issue. Took 2018Audi to AUDI for repair, now body shop will NOT fix. . Came in for a bumper fix and Mr Roy the manager was amazing! Customer service top notch and they fixed my car the same day! Please BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS ASAP!
Wow! I have never had a more seamless and pleasant collision center experience. The communication was stellar. The attention to detail was fantastic. The kindness and courtesy was top-tier. I am very happy with the product and customer service. The front desk was always willing to help and made sure to call back when they didn’t have the answer immediately. Thank you for taking care of my car!
My insurance suggested this shop for repairs after being rear ended. After a few weeks of service I was called to pick up my car. It was clear no one did a final inspection of the vehicle. There were tools left in the vehicle, a piece of the backseat wasn't properly put back together. My speakers in the back of the car no longer work, and I cannot connect my car to the app system I used prior to putting my car in the shop. I'm not sure what they did, or didn't do, but they did not return my car a good condition.
