RecommendedOn the Road again RV service is fantastic! They did a great job troubleshooting our hot water heater that wasn’t working. Jared was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify our water heater issue. He was right on time and friendly. We will be using On the Road again RV for all our 5th wheel service and repair needs.
Jared has saved me again! I can’t say enough good about one guy and his service. I rent my RV which unfortunately comes with lots of needed repairs. He shows up in my urgency and spends extra time even on a Saturday on the phone trying to replace a part not available in Phoenix and comes through. Always fair and thorough. 5 star plus.
Jared doesn't follow through with his commitments. He cost of hundreds of dollars in unreimbursed insurance because he refused to file an estimate with Good Same Extended Service. We contacted him many times. Each time he would say he'd do it the next day. I guess he just thinks everyone is made of money or something. I live on a fixed income. These repairs hurt which is why I have Good Sam. Wish I had seen the other bad reviews before I chose him to do the work.
