I don’t like doing this at all, but Colt simply dropped me not once but twice, it was a factory repair job on top of that, customer service is the back bone of all businesses, if your busy then say your busy, you can forget once, but twice 🤷♂️ I don’t think so. Jimmy E Gumm

This company is amazing! Let me tell you I have put this poor guy to work! I still have more to be done! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He is very professional, gets work done in a timely manner, and he goes above and beyond to make sure the job is not only done but done right. I do NOT recommend this business. BBB needs to check the labor charged for the work done for us. $$$$ charged for a $$$ job! Colt bought one wire (we supplied the rest) and said he worked on the project for 4 hours at $350+ per hour for labor! Unbelievable. Please look elsewhere for your repairs unless you want to wait 3 months for the service to be completed and then charged an enormous amount for labor!

Please read the comments on your sisters post. It has a break down of the hours, what has been done, and also a break down on the invoice she has received. We charged the correct hours on this job ( not counting it should have been double what we charged) You did have the wires, but not electrical connections, plumbing fittings, and other parts to do the job correctly. I will be willing to talk to anyone about this matter. Please, feel free to call with any questions or what work was exactly done. 2546626872.

Please give us a call to fix this matter. We had discussed this and told you it would take a few months to do before the job. We also discussed that it took us a day and a half for electrical and plumbing with two people, which is 24 man hours. We charged you half the time (12 hours) due to us training an employee. I’m sorry you are not happy with our service, but we are willing to make it right. Feel free to call anytime.
Broken RV at 5:00 on a Tuesday evening on our way home from a Ohio to San Antonio. Made a lot of phone calls with no luck until we called OTRA! This caring man stayed late as we limped our way to him and fixed our broken suspension in a very short time and for a reasonable price. What a blessing to have found this capable and professional young man! OTRA goes above and beyond expectations!!! Highly recommend them for all your RV needs!!!!
