I was left waiting for 35 minutes for my appointment. No phone call advising me of the delay. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was 10 mins late, which was far from accurate. The salon staff then told me i was rude for saying "a phone call would have been nice"! Completely unprofessional and poor customer service.

Visited the salon for the first time yesterday and I can now attest that the gorgeous ladies here won’t let you down! Genuine prices, amazing services and a warm place overall. So if you’re in Malvern and looking for a hair place, this should be your go-to! Special shout-out to Emma, you go girl!

I was highly impressed with the quality of this hair salon today. I was in need of a hair cut from a disastrous self home haircut and looked for a local hairdresser and came across 'On the park'. On the park is surrounded by beautiful cafes, streets and local shops with a great view of Central Park. The customer service was amazing with friendly and bubbly staff. Emily is the queen of blonde colour, I have been going to her for over 8 years and I always come away loving my refreshed blonde and feeling looked after by the attentive and friendly staff.
